Please open and inspect your candle package within the first 3 days  of receipt to check for any damages incurred during transit. Our team will evaluate your case for a suitable replacement. Please note that we do not offer refunds on candles. All sales are final.

 Due to limited availability, seasonal candles may not be eligible for replacement if damaged or defective, as we do not stock seasonal materials year-round.
